ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1) Maintain line facility
- Support of renewal work , Improve for extend
service life (Ex.Pickling tank repair, Steel roll coating (Chrome plating, WC )
,Steel roll rubber lining)
- Support of major failure (Break down) by finding
root cause and take action to solving
- Checking and review maintenance plan
(PM) by follow service life (Prevent break down and
cost saving)
2) Project improvement
(Design new system or modify machine part for improve product quality and solving the problem of line process)
Ex.
- Dust collector system (Design & Installation)
- Increase performance of air blowing system (Air flow rate balance & Nozzle new type )
- Design and Install booster pump and piping system (Increase water pressure for cleaning system)
