ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Manage and control document scope of work and instructions.
Provide design engineering mechanical.
• Provide technical advice for fabrication contractors in the design aspect.
• Providing technical design to support new projects or reliability and ensure to comply with specification and codes to avoid further damage.
• Coordinate with end user, project owner to clarifying and confirm requirement.
• Issue specification, working scope throughout to acceptance criteria according COMPANY’s specification.
• Conduct engineering calculation review for fabrication or special tool design as submitted by contractor or other department.
• Analyze the structure strength by mechanical analysis software, FEA analysis methods.
• Analyze the special problem and solution seeking with feasibility study in operation which related to engineering concerned.
• Prepare engineering documents, scope fabrication or scope of maintenance of PTTEP’s property after quarantine after lifting campaign or as a request by Supervisor.
• Review scope fabrication, drawing or scope of maintenance of PTTEP’s property from vendor before fabrication.
• Kick-off meeting scope of work with owner and subcontractor.
• Invent tool equipment for the risk prevention of hazard in the severe dangerous condition.
• Throughout the long service in inspection and mechanical design field, understanding and knowledge in API, ASTM, ANSI, DNV, ISO, AWS, AISC specification, oil & gas standard, international code.
• Ensure good cooperation and strong relationships with team members, COMPANY’s personal, various external parties and communication to contribute to smoot operation and a good working environment.
• Comply with COMPANY’s standard, SSHE, Regulations and Laws requirements.
• Involve in SSHE department of COMPANY’s standard.

Support Engineering department to Engineering Project and Products for Thailand operations
• Support Planning and managing for projects Wellhead system, X-mas tree, well designs, detailed drilling programs according with company’s standards.
• Planning and managing schedules with technical and executing on-site services associated with long-term preventative maintenance programs, well installations and P&A Projects.
• Overseeing engineering project manufacturing and maintenance programs; Casing Thread Connections, Tubing Thread Connections, make-up pop joint 2-7/8", 3-1/2", 7", 9", 13-5/8" Connections (TPCQ, API BTC, VAM, EUE, LP, Stub Acme Thread)
• Monitor and Manage Quality process to review condition equipment the problems and provide engineering solution; Wellhead system, X-mas tree, Casing Thread Connections, Tubing Thread Connections, 2-7/8", 31/2", 7", 9", 13-5/8" (TPCQ, API BTC, VAM, EUE, LP, Stub Acme Thread)
• Manage and monitor engineering drawing, installation and other testing procedure for Thailand.
• In corporate with oversea manufacturing to provide best solutions and engineering practices to support offshore operations.
• Initiated and lead the engineering projects to support on tooling design or modification of offshore/onshore customer need for Thailand operations.
• Monitored engineering problems that related to overseas manufacturing to improve product quality and costs efficiency for Thailand operations.
• Managing coordination of service projects with owner and local teams for profitable and work closely with project controller on reviews and timely issue resolution.
• Assist managing coordination of equipment and materials required for the drilling operations or P&A Project. Support training program for company product training.
• Plan and setup training schedule for product training (wellhead system, X-mass tree, Gate valve, VRLubricator, BPV-Lubricator)
• Manage Training course and organize training courses for service engineer, employee, and customer.
• Provide engineering training to service engineering who work in gulf of Thailand on customers rigs or platforms.
• Review /Create procedures for installation manuals.
• Develop prototypes and run evaluate test and report.
• Monitor cost of training and process of PR/PO, invoice follow up SAP Concur program process.

Provide design engineering and solutions support.
• To receive the concept and requirement from customer (Offshore/Onshore) and creates a design specification.
• Considering application, cost, weight performance, product, manufacture, assembly, and service. • Responsible for the drafting, design and modeling of Structure, CCU, piping, support generator, Basket, Tool Box, Lifting tool, work platform and tool of onshore / offshore for Welding and Fabrication.
• Create and/or modify existing engineering designs and models.
• Plan and schedule for each production according to capacity reviewed.
• Received customer orders from Customer Service and determine manufacturing finished date.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members.
• Ensure drawings and designs meet project/tender deadlines.
• Liaise with R&D engineer department to obtain clear specifications.
• Promote and maintain Health Environment and Safety across projects, Workshop HES activities.
