ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Function: The Technical Service Team Leader is responsible for service engineer delegation, plan scheduling, problem solving, team management in term of coverage difference, cost controlling and support customer service manager.
Responsibilities:
To ensure
-same day response to emergency calls
-agreed timescales to routine calls
-proactively plan engineers for service contracts
-proactively plan Customer Care Visits
-plan and delegate project start ups
-setting/review engineers EPM
-act as the prime customer contact, dealing with customers and BU sales managers
-monthly expenses are completed by the 3rd of the month
-engineers hours are:
-In by the end of the month
-Processed producing a monthly/year to date Excel report of the activities
-The SAP engineers hours data is processed by the end of the month
-Allocate visits into the correct sales orders
-conduct customer follow up calls, 10% each month
-Tabulate the follow up calls
-Setting out daily/weekly/monthly work schedules
-Ensuring where needed that payments is made prior to the commencement of billable work

Duties and Responsibilities:
❖ Production and R&D works.
1) Make Pilot P&ID, review the drawing and specification of parts, prepare parts and tools for production
and installation of equipment (FRP tank, pump, blower, piping and valve, all cable, etc).
2) Follow up production line with production team and subcontractor.
3) FAT, I/O and SAT (cold and hot) test.
4) The system breakdown data-analyses including the PLC program.
5) Operation and maintenance improvements.
❖ Installation work and Commissioning works (locations in Thailand and Asia: China, Philippine,
Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore)
1) Plan and delegate project start up with project team, subcontractor and end user.
2) Coordinate onsite installation for prepare to with dealer and end user
3) SAT (cold and hot) test and start-up scrubber system in biogas plant at other
4) Preparing, Check up on settings on control for automatic operation (PLC control)
5) Start-up / performance testing and oobservation / adjustment of control system (PLC,
HMI, Invertor)
6) Training of operator at end clients and handing over of the systems accordingly to the contract with clients, reseller’s or dealers.
❖ After sales service work.
1) Same day response to emergency calls for dealer and end user
2) Follow up and close pending issues or escalation (Technical issue and spare parts)
3) Onsite inspection/trouble shooting and repair all equipment.
4) Control/Organize the spare parts stock and co-ordinate for Quotation, PO with admin (purchasing) department to make sure all parts are adequate and timely.
5) Assist Technical manager to set up the master plan for service contracts.
6) Assist Technical manager to monitoring and service report of service team.
7) Implement of Asset (scrubber system and Biogas plant system) performance and energy improvement of customers.
❖ Other work assigned
Achievement:
- Tested the product (FAT) >70 project before delivery to worldwide.
- Commissioning the Biogas cleaner’s in biogas plant about >20 project in Thailand, China,
Philippine, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
- Made 2 new prototype of equipment for scrubber control and 1 new model prototype of scrubber
Reference project in Thailand: Thai-Bev Energy, Saraburi sugar (TRR), Ubon bio Ethanol, PSTC, TBEC, Roi-
ET group, CYY, CPI, VG energy, Thachana palm oil, Biogreen power, Southern Palm oil, etc

❖ Manage and Supervise the utility machine / system and waste water treatment plant

o Review the quality of work to see area to improve competency of technicians.
❖ Co-ordination
o Work with production supervisors for general issues related to production operations
o Coordinate with the safety officer to ensure all activities comply with safety regulation.
