ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Install, training the application program for users.
- Provide internal teamand external client technical support
via telephone, email, remote control.
- Provide consultation and correct advice to users regarding
application system
- Prepare documentation for the system usage and provide data and reports as requested by client
- Coordinate with vendor to investigate fix and test application system.
- Administrate application system of the team in term of application configuration,master data setup,application user id and permission management
- Test scenario for UAT before roll out system

( GT) and Pharmacy
- Monitor salesman performance and routine (Salesman at General trade, Pharmacy)
- Call/Remote Support to issue the problem system from salesman
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports based on requirement
- Support data for General trade team and Pharmacy team
