Coordinate between HQ office, customer and supplier to provide effective service to customer
Negotiate with supplier for pricing, process for quotation and follow up customer order
Maintain accounts by providing customer service on order and weekly visiting
Handle order start from order receiving, order entry and issue PO to supplier
Manage and respond to all requested customer backlog change
Coordinate and follow up production schedule from supplier to match with customer order. Ensure on-time-delivery status. Analyze deliveries problem between customer and supplier.
Handle shipment, delivery, import process and documentation works
Plan for inventory and stock control
Handle all operational issues e.g. Customer return (RMA) and Credit discrepancy

Support and assist both domestic and international PTTEP user on General IT including Hardware, Software, Network and PTTEP Application (e.g. SAP, Intranet, Business Planning and Consolidation)
Professionally answered a high volume of call as assigned
Remote customers desktop to perform trouble-shooting tasks and work continuously until completion
Coordinate with responsible department to fulfill customers requirement on specific time
