Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for all day to day matters regarding the company Product Development, Production, Trade, Finance and Administration.

Products Development and Marketing (plush toys, fabric toys) - SDA
- Preparing fabrics and materials to develop samples as per requirements of designers.
- Submitting prototype samples to buyers for their approval.
- Providing comments and corrections on prototype samples received from buyers for factories and to correct samples before production.
- Sourcing fabrics and materials from local and overseas suppliers who have conformed quality with Oeko-tex Standard Certificate (class 1 for baby), REACH (or alike) for bulk production.
- High level of negotiation for pricing.
- Seeking new potential and prospective customers.
* Responsibilities:
Production and Quality (plush toys, fabric toys) - SDA
- Ensuring factories order fabrics and material as per requirements on Final Technical Files of each item for bulk production.
- Sending fabrics, material and PPS (Pre-Production Samples) to buyers and laboratories to perform quality tests before bulk production.
- Sending PPS to buyers to check and approve before production.
- Performing Quality checks during online production and Final Inspection before delivery.
- Forecasting production planning and delivery schedule to each buyer.
- Making onsite visits with buyers to production sites in Vietnam.
* Responsibilities:
International Trade and Finance - SDA
- Resolving all banking, finance and Liaising with banks both local and overseas.
- Liaising with International Trade Division for L/CS (Letter of Credit) opening for suppliers.
- Transferring L/CS to local and overseas suppliers.
- Sending bills for L/CS Payments after delivery to collect payments from overseas banks.
- Making payment by T/T to overseas suppliers.
* Responsibilities:
Export and Overseas Shipments SDA
- Liaising with freight forwarders to arrange worldwide AIR/SEA shipments with incoterms FOB, FCA, CIF, DDP and door to door service.
- Negotiating freight charges both air and sea for different destination ports.
- Liaising with Insurance Brokers for all shipments under incoterm CIF.
- Pre-Alert buyers by email by sending shipping documents; Invoices, Packing List, C/O, AWB, B/L and related documents required for import clearance.
- Sending Original shipping documents for import clearance.
* Responsibilities:
Management, Administration and Secretarial - SDA
- Handling all office management, secretarial and administrative tasks
- Communicating with overseas customers and suppliers.
- Taking care of all computer maintenance, internet systems and email set ups domain administrator.
- Managing staff of admin, accountants, merchandisers and messengers.
- Arranging flight and hotel bookings for myself and senior management.
