Attends and fulfills on customer's requirements and needs.Receive Pre-alerts from overseas partners, initial document check for matching data and completeness of documents provided.Prepare import licensing process, organize Messenger to submit and collect approva from the respective Authority.
Coordinate with Customs Broker/ Shipping Company, Truck Company and Operation Team timeline of import clearance and delivery.Monitoring, Coordinating and Communicating with all parties concerned for
completed a job assignment.Response to all inquiries on the same day.Develops and continuous gains higher customers satisfaction with participant in the activity concerned such as Customer Survey, Marketing Events and related activities.
