- Take care of overall company production and human resource management.
- Receiving order via Email from USA, checking the correctness and pass into production, create the system to protect mistake.
- Manage all staff for high efficiency, even though we have less staff, but we can do high capacity to complete order on time or sometime earlier.
- Also take care of all document to Revenue, Social security, Salary, accounting and Boss visa and work permit.
- Manage payroll
- Overlook and make sure all administrative functions are smoothly processed
- Aim is to produce as fast as we can with the lowest cost but high quality product.
