ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. System compliance - Enforces the implementation Food Safety and QMS to compliance with all GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal, Kosher, Sedex, Customer requirements and regulatory standards. - Manages, prepares and coordinates for certification audit , FDA audit ,customer audit, customer visit activities and ensures the appropriate corrective&preventive actions are taken effectively and timely manner. - Leads HACCP team to ensure a fully implemented and effective Food Safety Plan based on Codex Alimentarius HACCP. - Plans and manages internal audit to ensure the audit program is adoped to verify that Food Safety and QMS comform to planned arrangement. Ensures that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed. - Identifies and applies the latest up date law®ulations and knowledge regarding to Food Safety and QMS and ensures all full compliance with national and international related regislation. - Manages the surveilance program and conducts Risk Accessesment process for all new raw materials , equipment, process, ect in accordance with Food Safety, QMS and regulatory requirements. - Audit Supplier 2. Customer management - Leads customer complaints investigation processes, identifies the root causes and ensures the appropriated corrective&preventive actions are taken effectively and timely manner. Analysises trend of complaints based on root cause categories and leads team to minimize complaints. - Completes survey, questionnaire, spectification and technical questions from customers in timely manner. - Prepares and verifies the Certificates, Registration documents and statements requested by customers and Food Safety authority organization. - Manages and communicates on product recall and product withdrawal and assure compliances with customer requirements and law®ulation. 3. Document management - Manages document system to ensure the procedures are adoped to approve, reviews and up date all changes within the scope of Food Safety and QMS. - Instructs on complying of summary reports related to Foods Safety and QMS as well as special report when need. - Analyses data on the effectiveness of the Food Safety and QMS and evaluates where continual improvement can be made. This shall include data generated as a result of monitoring and measurement and other relevant sources. 4. Leadership - Deploys the management tools to identify gap analysis, recommendation for improvement activies and enable the improvement of food safety,sanitation, quality and cost saving. 5. Perfomance review (Food Safety, HACCP, KPI, MR, etc ) - Coordinates, analysises and prepares information on the effecitiveness of the system and essures that the performance is reviewed at planned intervals. - Follow up the output from performance review meeting and ensures that evidence of improvement activities and corrective&preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.

- Audit Supplier: Ingredient/Packaging/Ice/Water/Chemical/Laboratory who send raw material to Thaiunion group. Establish monthly and yearly audit plan to audit Thai Union Group’s Supplier in order to comply with Thai Union Group Standard which they refer GMP & HACCP , ISO 9001 , BRC issue 7 requirements etc. - Responsible for verify the manufacturing process with quality team according global quality standard (e.g. GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS,ISO 9001 , ISO14000 and HALAL) - Responsible for coordinate with 2nd & 3rd party auditors (customer & certified body), marketing and quality team - Responsible for update and maintained knowledge of global quality standard (e.g. GMP, HACCP, BRC, IFS, HALAL, ISO 9001,OHSAS, etc.) and customer requirement (e.g. Tesco, Yum, SQMS, etc.) by completely reviewed and training to all concerned colleagues - Responsible for investigate the quality defects of process (Deviation, Mock recall & Recall product, Crisis Management, Food defense, Risk Assessment and Customer Complaint) with concerned persons, follow up, closing corrective and preventive action, summarized details and directly reports to QMR and Quality Management Manager Department. - Leader of internal audit team according to global quality standard and customer requirement
