• Responsible for managing team to support IT systems for users, including credit & finance department and human resource department.
• Allocate the project for the team, create project yearly plan, and update monthly progress report in the IT manager meeting.
• Preparation of project document in accordance with the ITC Framework: Project Scope, As is & To be process, User Requirement document, Software Requirement Specification, Data Flow Diagram, User Manual, Technical Manual, Unit Test, Test scenario, UAT, Sign off Project.
• Supporting company in Vendor Selection process, Coordinating between prospected IT service provider and procurement team to ensure the delivery meet company's expectation.
• Resolved the problems and provide guidance to the team.
• Maintain the system to run continuously.
