- Manage and ensure stock of Promotion items and Seasonal items for during period and set up process to build up stock base on sales forecast on Financial forecast, % of availability = 98%
- Ensure and manage ordering volume and plan purchase to be in line with DC work load plan normal situation and manage big volume for event promotion.
-Coordinate with DC and vendor of single case product was increase number of fix appointment to improved DC loading time and improve availability.
- Closely monitor and keep stock level of product suitable with DC space.
- Keep working with Commercial to improve vendors' performance.

- Review with commercial team to arrange the purchasing plan to vendor capacity issue and ensure stock sufficiently with vendor for continue supply of merchandise to customer demand. Stock availability at store & DC = 98.5%
- Manage and ensure stock of Promotion items and Seasonal items for during period and set up process to build up stock base on sales forecast on Financial forecast, % of availability = 98%
- Detail walk Bedding & Home Decorative for plan or focus availability and improved consistent product and fixing long term gap items.
-Share information was good & was not good to commercial Team to prevent problem and smooth working process.
- Ensure and manage ordering volume and plan purchase to be in line with DC work load plan normal situation and manage big volume for event promotion.
