- Coordinate with travel agencies and transfer service companies.
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solutions.
- Report and plan the improvements from the guests' suggestions.
Company aiming at developing operational services for hotel chains, as a manager, I have to collaborate in many parts of the company. However, I am in charge of controlling production for marketing communication and public relations. Working at a startup involved a lot of risks but also developed my problem solving and decision making skills.
