- Plan marketing activities and arrange sales promotions
- Find proper Blogger Advertisement Co-Promotion Event Campaign Etc as assign
- Maintain all official website
- Analyze customer data to develop relationships and sales increasing
- Answer customer reviews on social media OTA Tripadvisor
- Work cross-functionally within Graphic Reservation Sale and outsource
- Find new target customers and visit customer's factory and office. (Mostly are corporate)
- Support Sale manager and achieve monthly sales targets
- Meeting with clients, recommend about product and pricing
- Issue Quotations, Sale Order, Job Order, Amendment, PR and relate documents into the internal system
- Correspond with customers via phone calls, email and etc
- Work cross-functionally within Purchasing, Logistics, Accounting and through other part to complete the job
- Work as shift base on monthly roster

- Manage room availability
- Answering questions and handle with customer requirement
