-Coordinate with Oversea Supplier and Customer
-Sourcing for Imported material

Import export process
-Focal point of Inbound/Outbound/Transportation shipment among freight forwarder, customs clearance agent, transport company, supply chain, sales and marketing to ensure delivery shipment on time, safety and cost optimisation.
-Ensuring the accuracy of import/ export shipping documentation comply with international, local regulation prior organising shipment upon request.
Process import and export shipment with freight forwarder and customs broker.
-Coordinate with company to support customer new regulations
-Manage customs broker and process effectively within time frame.
Develop & maintain strategic carrier relationships to effectively manage logistical costs.
Manage and monitor day to day 3rd party performance align with the company requirement.
Properly archive full set of import/export document for further audit by local regulator and ensure 3rd party invoicing company in a timely manner without error.
Correct all expense pass to account section

-Pre alert coming shipment to warehouse team
-Plan and contol driver to ensure delivery product on time day to day
