- Coordinating internal users and external vendors for system testing
- Ensuring all project fundamentals to covered accordingly including scope, deliverable, timeline, costs, and issues
- Manage and deliver the project on scope, on schedule and within budget to ensure high user satisfaction
• Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
• Track sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
• Conduct activations and promotional activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
