ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Coordinates submit accomplishment reports to Project Manager
 Coordinate with owner consultant representative inspection
 Control Contractors based on the specifications and Plans given by the company
 Inspection Critical appraisal involving examination, measurement, testing, gauging, and comparison of
materials or items, in order to determine if the material or item is in proper condition and quantity,
and if it conforms to the applicable or specified requirements.
 ITR (Inspection and Test Report) a formal written report detailing the results of an inspection organized in
a narrative, graphic, or tabular form, identified for each QC Code Once signed by the involved
parties it becomes a Certificate. It includes also the traceability versus the inspected Item
 ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) Specific Section(s) of QCP that identify and define Inspection sequences. It is
prepared in accordance with all the applicable contractual, engineering and Supplier’s provisions and
requirements. The ITP(s) provide references to applicable procedures, acceptance criteria, documentation,
quality records and inspection attendance to be performed, in chronological order, from initial inspection,
throughout final inspections and mechanical completion. The ITP(s) provide reference for the
Inspection Forms to be used
 Building & Factory work: Survey mark up the location and leveling are complied with IFC drawing,
Inspection Pile driving works, Prestressed Concrete pile, Bored pile concrete spun pile
Inspection Static pile load Test, Dynamic Load Test, Seismic Test.
Casting lean concrete to protect slab rebar dirty and make line for marking border (If require)
Install reinforcement bar which are complied with IFC drawing, Recheck reinforcement steel bar,
dimension and stability of formwork before concrete placing by suitable machine.
In case of lifting works have to support for concrete placing, lifting works shall be following the procedure in
clause, make it is QC Inspection shall be approved in accordance with specific ITP.
 Finishing inspection Building: Inspection Masonry Works and Vertical & horizontal Lintel, Inspection Walls
Alignment before Plastering works, Inspection Door & windows Installation and Final Inspection,

holes, joints, chamfer, mesh, etc. - quantity, diameter/size, shape - locations (Coordinates/elevation) concrete

basins internal final cleaning - installed steps, frames and cover slab, grating and hermetic cove thickness - etc.
 Fireproofing Field inspection: Check before fireproofing material delivery/placement - formwork (if any)
reinforcement vertical and horizontal levels - wire mesh, embedment, joints provisions etc.- quantity,
diameter/size, shape, dimensions, locations - cover thickness - etc.
 Main grouting: Checks before delivery & placement of mixed grout: - status of chipped & soaked prepared
foundation - surface under erected base plate or equipment, formwork vertical & horizontal levels, joints,
shape, - clearance between base plate and foundation top, chamfers, etc.- Cement Material for Grouting -
surface texture -vertical and horizontal levels, slope, dimensions - sealed joints
 Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately.
 Regularly participation in HSE meetings, daily jobs site walks, conducts toolbox talks and keep records.
 Implement construction work processes, project procedures and instructions within assigned operations.
 Comply with the contract requirements or is being performed outside of the contract scope.
 Attend subcontract/cost awareness sessions and understand the Responsibility matrices,
BOQ & preambles of subcontract.
 Provide solutions to subcontractor’s problems in order to achieve the successful execution of the project.
 Verify that the material handed over to the Subcontractor is controlled, preserved and
issued for the intended purpose.
 Closely monitor additional work of Site Instruction until work is completed and to inform
