Sale project
- Follow up customer to renew insurance (truck & fleet customer)
- Answer and clarify every problems which raised or question by customer in order to clear understanding and increase customer satisfaction
On daily basis, update all daily application forms,changes and cancellation into the company data-base.Make a daily,bi-monthly sales report and/or adhoc report to company's management.
Support dealer and finance marketing for inform 1st year insurance, make a service fee report to dealer
Co-ordinate with insurance companies to correct insurance data,insurance price,claim etc.
Handle ' Application Form' for renewal insurance of TRIPETCH LEASING customer
- CV Customer : Transfer Right, Used car
_ LCV Customer : Website,Re-finance
