with hardware and networking of Dell products. Assists customer by
diagnosing problem and provide resolution. Identify customers need
and dispatch technical services if needed.

Assist in the control and maintenance of all computers, server and network in Top Glove Group of Companies are in good order and running smoothly at all time.
Troubleshoot and diagnose PC hardware and software problem for users of the group.
Check and monitor Network back up, Account, Inventory, Microsoft Files and etc.
Conduct training for staff on theory/ practical for the common software and basic PC usage.
Assist in user support, implementation and all issue related to ERP and CCTV project.
Assist in studying, improve IT system to high quality and efficiency for support business goal.
To travel to out station branches or oversea offices to assist in IT requirement.
Assist in manage and control all documentation system of IT dept.
Liaise with computer suppliers and purchasing department on stationery purchase relating to computer and IT equipment.
