- Main member of installation team transfer new production form Japan (Setup line)
Result: Complete installation follow transfer plan
- Capacity improvement stacking process by design new operation for reduce setup time and Waiting time of M/C Result: Can Increase capacity from 1 million places to 1.2 million places per day (20% increase)
- Utilize No.of M/C, EC-sorting process by Modified M/C and design new operation
Result: Can reduce 1 M/C for order from Japan and can cost down 5 million baht per month
- Manpower Improvement, Printing process by design new operation and reduce loss time of operation
Result: Can reduce 2 operators that effect to can cost down 50,000 baht per month

- Control production line (Manage manpower and using No.of M/C)
- Follow up output relate with production plan
- Trainer about basic IE knowledge for new employee
