SENIOR STORE OPERATION (Work under the ISO 9001/14001/18001/5001 / GMP system)

Warehouse Supervisor
-Supervise the control of the receiving, storage and distribution of construction materials such as wooden doors, plastic doors, knobs, doors, hinges, door handles, sync panels, keys, etc.
- Take care of the return and claim of damaged products from customers or wrongly.
-Coordinate and take care of answering basic problems Customers .Problems from the initial purchase before submitting the matter to the technical service team to check.
- Control the work according to the plan and check the work as planned. (KPI)
- Take care of moving And the shipping team To be delivered to customers correctly and safely By using the staff team of Folklift 6 wheels, 10 wheels, (about 40 people)
- Check accounting documents, tax invoices, correct billing according to purchase orders And coordinate documents with the accounting department correctly.
- Check the delivery control documents Get the product correctly No corruption.
- Work with technical service team and sales team Open a store to promote the products of the company. According to various events.


Waste management
Manage about waste store. (ISO 14001)

-My work is sell and transport waste materials out of company. (The law industry does not apply to materials.)
-If have some materials can’t use anymore. I will make a plan for the action system to make some money back to the company as much as possible. (Use the board system to participate in the auction to prevent any stakeholder in the company)
-Research refuse supplier and professional buyer to work with company.


Warehouse Supervisor
-I’m Good to take care, keep products and transport all chemical products example: Additive, Solvent, Packaging, Supply for make Catalyst, HD plastic, LL plastic, LD plastic, PP plastic, ROTO plastic, PIPE plastic. (Tank Farm ,Pipeline, Warehouse)
- Manage Master SAP Material
- Qc and control warehouse to be safety
- Control how to keep products and testing products quality.
Before send to the products to production for recheck
quality products again.
- accounting record and send tax invoice, Delivery slip and
COA to accounting department.
- Have to find the way how to safety at work by meeting.
Every time when have accident. We always fix all the
problems and find the best way for make complete at company.
-Make a plan for objective and development work to be better in work. ( SAP VERSION ECC6 , WMS , TSA ,LOTUS NOTES )







Head Truck Scale Control& Logistics

Control Weighing trucks system
-Check and contact Weight officer and Excise Department for calibrate 7 of scale size 60 ton. (on the time:1time per 2 years. All of the scale, have to calibrate with excise officer)
-Take care of scale, program scale and TSA (Truck Scale Application) All of this can assign weight package. This’s good thing for make sure to costumers and worker can know product size by all information.
- Control Truck and Plan Distribution.
- Contrack and Coordinate the Transportation Company.
- I am in the development team. , Warehouse Management Logistic System,( SAP VERSION ECC6 , WMS , TSA ,LOTUS NOTES)
