• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Managing and control macarons, dry goods stock and wastage product.
• Check that the products you sell are well displayed.
• Make the schedule of staff and daily job assignment.
• Training new staff with product knowledge and history of company.
• Deal with any enquiries and complaints and customer service.
• Serve customers as needed.

• Check and control food and beverage in stock . Make a purchasing orders and ensure are processed efficiently. Receiving and check order is correctly.
