ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Monitor CCTV system and maintenance.
-Support IT equipment withein the HUB such as printer label, printer, PC, laptop, monitor, scaner label, Handheld Mobile, Qubevu dimension.
-Manage the handheld by the vmware workspace one such as Update new version applications, install applications , find the handheld locaion.
-Support printer server system.
-Support user from Ticket by remote and call.
-Set IT equipment for new user such as laptop, computer.
-Maintenance of the IT equipment according to scheduled cycle
-Recheck IT equipment from the warehouse such as printer label, PC, laptop, Monitor, scaner label, UPS, NVR.
- Manage abount Doucuments of IT equipment such as Repair IT equipment documents, Transfer IT equipment document.
-provide advice and trainning all user for the new system.
-Training newbies
-I am leader of Support in the project handheld of the HUB
