1.Coordinated with Thai suppliers (Canned Fruits, Vegetables, Coconut Milk, Dipping Sauces) and oversea buyers.
2. Check and send the shipping instructions from the buyers to the packers.
3. Update the books and database once getting the shipping instruction from buyers or when they would like to change any further details or relevant information to the order booked as well.
4. Follow through on all aspects of the shipments beginning with labels, cartons, getting the right freight rate and keep track of orders until they are shipped and received.
5. Follow up with manufacturers to send the pre-shipment samples to be inspected by our QC department before giving permission to ship out. In case of, the samples are rejected; they have to send the new samples to recheck soon.
6. Inform the booking details such as the Vessel name, ETD, ETA to the buyers after we received the information from the packers.
7. Help the packers to follow up the booking confirmation from the liner in case of they dont receive it.
8. Prepare the information to fill out the ISF 10+2 form which is specially requested for any shipments which ship to U.S.A ports, this is subject to U.S.A regulation.

10. Keep records of commission details which must be passed to finance dept. to follow up with respective packers for the payment in due time.

2. Order the raw materials (Flexible die, Magnetic Cylinder, Printing Cylinder and Silkscreen ring) from abroad (Germany).
3. Prepare the quotations to customers.
4. Follow up the productions with our factory from Germany to send the productions on time.
5. After these productions will be arrived, I will recheck before send to our customer.
6. Make the Tax invoice to send to our customer.
7. Coordinated with Forwarder to check status the shipment or in case of the shipment is checked by customs.
8. Check the documents for import and export.
9. If the productions were damaged from our factory, we will advise them to reproduce and send to our customer again.
