Responsibility

- Cost control
▪ Estimate process of new product.
▪ Review DWG and estimate process
▪ Support customer Estimate cost of new product.
▪ Calculate tooling, Quantity, Concept.
▪ Support customer make Assy fee sent to customer.
- Assy cost - Tooling cost - Packing cost
▪ Support for customer quote new product.
▪ Prepare document and price sent to customer.
▪ Review and negotiate price from customer cost down.
▪ Review and calculate Modify cost all product.
▪ Improvement and update data for cost change
▪ Review and compare Assy fee and actual production
▪ Disassembly and estimate process of actual product

- Production Engineer
▪ Review process and calculate cycle time.
▪ Leader project new model.
▪ Create APQP plan / schedule of new model
▪ Leader for meeting core team
▪ Make document concern new model
- FMEA
- Control plan
- Process flow diagram
- SOP all process
- PPAP
▪ Review DWG of new product
▪ Control new model trial all event
▪ Contact customer for new model request
▪ Design and idea tooling all process
▪ Packing design for new model
▪ Contact supplier of make tooling
▪ Control production for trial new model
▪ Support customer audit process
▪ Test and analysis the defective pieces.(failure analysis,
monitoring yield, fixture and tool improvement)
▪ Co-ordinate with all departments for solving analysis
Problem in process.
▪ Make VDO for training (use Davincy Resolve program)
▪ Make First Article Report (FA Report) for new product
- Summary data of new product
- Make FA report
▪ Review process and improvement line
▪ Line balancing study

- ออกแบบวิธีการวัดและรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- จัดการวางกระบวนการที่ใช้ในการผลิต
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการควบคุม ดูแล และทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- เขียนโปรแกรมควบคุม SMT process ในการใช้เครื่อง pick and place machine, screen printing machine
- ควบคุมดูแลแผนก Laser engraving, Chemical Etching , polishing process
- ควบคุมดูแลแผนก Stamping process , Assembly process
- จัดหาเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการะบวนใหม่
▪ วิเคาะห์ปัญหาในแผนกและปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ดีขึ้น
