ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Manage production planning, material control and production process to achieve on-time delivery. Determine optimization manpower for seasonal demand.
• Calculate machine capacity and tooling availability to meet existing and future demand.
• Provide estimated and actual production data (process flows, cycle times, etc.) to Costing.
• Evaluate and find the best solution for all quality issues also review customer complaints and take appropriate corrective and preventative action.
• Implement and drive continuous improvement activities throughout the plant for improve production efficiency.
• Ensuring with Maintenance team that preventative maintenance (PM) is performed properly.
• Continuously work to improve safety by manage both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
• Perform other duties as assigned such as Safety committee, ISO internal auditor, Kaizen leader.
