- Coordinate with overseas agents for Import/Export fertilizer and chemicals, Shot and update shipment status report
- Coordinate with the bank for prepares documents to open L/C ( Letter ofCredit ) and follow up and check L / C with order confirmation includingproduct identification or check the transfer money
- Coordination with Bank for Acceptance of Documents submitted (L/C, D/P,T/R)
- Handing oversea purchasing process, import process, claim process and documentation
- Ensure import clearance process have been executed according to agreed target timeline
- Coordination with Business Unit and International supplier regarding the collection of shipping documents
- Coordinate with warehouse department, logistic department, shipping agent and Department of Agriculture
- Follow-up purchasing order status, delivery schedule and shipping document
- Issue Proforma invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of origin for export shipment
- Follow up and check all shipping documents such Packing list, B/L, Invoice,Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of origin, Import customs entry form for import shipment

- Maintain daily communication with the importer and/or Broker as well asour Agent/Partners overseas
- Bill and audit customer invoices according to SOP
- Monitor daily operation of import consolidation
- Arrange customs clearance and deliveries based on shipping term
- Audit weekly profit and loss statement for import files
- Handling of routed cargo
- Ensure coordination process remains within the agreed Key Performance Index (KPI) such as booking turn time from entering until Bill of lading issue with documentation accuracy
- Provide the highest level of service to the customers with the aim of achieving business retention
- Look out for business opportunity
- Support Call Center, coordinate with other functions such as Sales,Booking Team, Documentation Team, Operation and Finance Team to deliver smooth and ensuring best result is delivered to clients
- Proactively manage issues related to product delivery to the customers
