Sales Function:

Procurement Function:
Searching and Procuring spare parts, supplies or equipment that clients asking for quotations

Negotiating prices and purchasing conditions including finalizing supplier
Placing the order by issuing purchase orders
To submit documents timely to carrier upon receiving from customer.
To submit shipping instruction with carrier and manage to get release Bills Of Lading upon finalization from customers as per requirement.
To follow-up with carrier for getting documents timely.
Store Management Function:
Migrating inventory code into new inventory / accounting system
Managing inventory coding system
Review and solve the problem of issuing and receiving transaction (if any)
Review stock balance to ensure that dead stock and rarely movement items are managed properly
Review monthly inventory reports (stock balance, receipt report, etc.)
To update data in Operating system.
To attend to the issues proactively and revert with solution timely.
