ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- วางแผนงานและควบคุมการก่อสร้างให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- ติดตามและตรวจสอบการทำงานของโฟร์แมนและผู้รับเหมาให้เป็นไปตาม มาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง
- แก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นในขณะปฏิบัติงานและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานสำเร็จได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- จัดทำDaily Charge, Daily Report, 3Week Schedule เพื่อรายงานความก้าวหน้าของงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ถอดแบบและคิดปริมาณสั่งวัสดุเข้าหน่วยงานภายใต้ต้นทุนที่บริษัทกำหนด

- Planning & controlling work to achieve goals.
- Control & monitor the work of Foreman, Contractor to comply with construction standards.
- Solve problems and obstacles that arise during the operation and coordinate with other relevant departments to successfully completed on time.
- Prepare Daily Charge, Daily Report, 3 Week Schedule to report the progress of the work to the supervisor.
- Take off the quantity from the design and order the material under the cost set by the company.
