ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Management and Quality control of product within schedule.
• Overall control and supervise all QC inspectors (supervisor & below) ensuring each inspection activities are carried out as planned.
• Prepartion ITP. (Inspection and Test Plan) for field and shop inspection to meet project requirement and also meet the applicable code, standard.
• Preparation relate procedure or work instruction to support construction work.
• Prequalify WPSs preparation.
• Conduct and record welding parameters during test welding procedural qualification, witness laboratory test, conduct WQT, compile test reports, check correctness of updated WPS/PQR/WQTR Register.
• Witness welder performance qulification.
• Review & comment shop drawing as per relate doccument, construction code.
• Review & comment technical requirement to complience with projecrt requiremnt, relate code standard before issue quotation request to vendor.
• Preparation TOR.(Term of reference) which relate to QC activity.
• Shop vendor inspection, visual, dimensioncheck, final before shipment and testing (Thai local and oversea).
• Coordinate with Third party, Client to witness as per inspection point
• Inservice inspection, UTM, visual inspection.
• Ensure all inspection requirements are completed prior to issue/signing of release note for production or contractors.
• Perform inspection checks and verify correctness of results
• Control and monitor and joint review NDT inspection and respective inspection report, to ensure correctness and time completion.
• Rreparation MDR.(Manufacturing Data Report), inspection report
• Propersal support technical for fabrication, cost estimate QC activity.
• Prepare and update procedure relate to ISO 9001:2015 system requirment.
• Control of NCR, issue, review disposition, follow-up, update status.
• ISO9001:2015 internal auditor.
• Update relate procedure to complied with ISO 9001:2015 requirement.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Update revision of latest shop drawing.
• Review the discrepancy between the old revision drawing and the latest shop drawing to confirm the site outstanding work.
• Summarize & follow up all outstanding work due to any engineering change, new revision of drawing, site query, ect.
• Verify actual site condition of work with latest drawing, design drawing and report to all concern for prepare the modification plan or issue SQ and mark up as-built Drawing.
• Follow up & coordinate the portion is subject to the modification at site.
• Monitor observe on erection and raise incorrectness issue (construction error, design error, wrong sequence) and report to lead engineer.
• Review & comment shop drawing as per design drawing and relate document (Site Query, Field Change, ect)
• Support technical, information relate to engineering, code standard, project requirement
• Monitor on erection, lifting and load-out activities
• Final walk down for issue punch list, prepare punlist, mark-up drawing.
• Expedite & close out punch list.
• Witness & dimension check for installation of grillage and sea transportation, Load-out activity

ตำแหน่ง QC welding inspector

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Ensure adherence to all relevant construction drawings, applicable specifications, work codes and safety manual.
• Conduct and record welding parameters during test welding procedural qualification, witness laboratory test, conduct WQT, compile test reports, check correctness of updated WPS/PQR/WQTR Register.
• Monitor welding repair as per WPSs
• Monitor implementation of approved procedures on the shop floor.
• Perform inspection checks and verify correctness of results to Senior or Lead QC Inspector.
• Monitor and joint review NDT inspection and respective inspection report, to ensure correctness and time completion.
• Ensure all inspection requirements are completed prior to issue/signing of release note for production or contractors.
• Monitor on erection, lifting and load-out activities.
• Conduct receiving and installation inspection of platform components and safety equipment.
• Identify/report unsafe conditions and acts. (BBS)
• Ensure all Advice Notes/Non-Conformances are reported and recorded to facilitate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure all welding/inspection equipment is within calibration requirements.
• Inspect, verify report and liaise with Dimension Controller / Surveyor of structural.
• Liaise with Inspection Data in-put.
• Sign off Inspection release Notice as required.
• Assist Senior QC Inspector in review of contractors MDR.
• Control inspector to check cutting plan Material inspection.
• Management and Quality control of product within schedule.
• Coordinating with engineering to Review, checking punch list and update mark up as-build Drawing.
