The Character of Planning.
1. Contact with Coordinate Activities with a Customer, About Forecast and Delivery.
2. Check the forecast from Customer (Yearly Plan, Monthly Plan and Daily Plan).
3. Check the Capacity in the Production for Make the Production and Delivery Plan.
4. Meeting with the Other Sections for Check the Problem and Action for Follow Plan.
5. Check order from a Customer and out Quotation.
6. Follow Plan (PDCA) After that Summary to Japanese.
7. Control Finish Good.
8. Control Delivery and Out Invoice to Customer.
9. Control Store (Raw-Materials and Chemicals Stock).
10. Purchase Chemicals that use in the Line Production and Utility System.
11. Analysis Problem and Action by use QC-7Tools, After Action send Report to Japanese and Customer (Under Control of the Japanese).
12. Plan and Setting Time for Truck (Received and Delivery Raw-Materials).
13. Control Truck Period for Maintenance.
14. Control an Officer and Operator within Department Planning.
15. Cost Down
16. Make and Review WI, QP within a Company.
The Character of the Production.
1. Design Line Plating and Hanger, Jig for Production.
2. Design Tank Chemical and Tank Water Rinse.
3. Setting and Check Machine about Production Line.
4. Design the Work and Document Check Sheet (Reference : WI) for an Operator.
5. Control Line Production 6 Line (Aluminium, Steel, Stainless, Brass, Copper).
6. Prepare and Trial Plating New Model.
7. Analysis Quality Problem and Action by use QC-7Tools after that Report to Japanese and other Section.
8. Improvement Quality, Machine and Cost Down.
9. Make and Review WI, QP within a Company.
10. Meeting Every Morning for Situation Report, Problem and Action to Executive.
