• Lead purchasing team at Laemchabang and Bang Pa-In plant and Bangkok Head office to set action plan to gain cost cut of all purchase categories and lead Bangkok head office team to identify cost saving from general purchase

• Support new Saint-Gobain Gypsum board plant in Indonesia to sourcing raw material
• Coordinate with Sourcing manager at Shanghai plant to sourcing alternative source of key raw material e.g. fiberglass, ceiling tile and metal grid
