I’m make form or template legal about company and go to meet our customer for give
an advice intellectual property, gather documents our customer and recheck before
filling intellectual property, I’m make report about IP according our boss order and
monitor every IP our company, some case petty patent about mechanical I’m do same
IP specialist such as patent search, make background, description, purpose, conclusion,
claim also and I’m make agreements between our company and private partner,
government also etc.

the Lessor have dead I’m make agreements of canceled old lessor and make
new business contract for Heir because they receive heritage from old lessor in law also
I’m make agreements for business closed store (7-11) etc.

hotel operator, and concierge duties. I am able to solve the basic problem in order to
effectively deal with internal and external customers.
