• To manage the preparation of proposal for bidding
• Study the project scope of works, clients' requirement, BOQ, project milestones, and specification from the supplied bid documents.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineer for the Construction Schedule and Resource
• Manage the construction project completed on time and within budget.
• Cost control and risk management

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• To manage the preparation of proposal for bidding
• Interface with other departments as required
• To provide application engineering support to the business development from initial enquiry to contract awarded
• Keep up to date on current license and construction registration
• To assist the engineering department, where applicable, when undertaking a design and build for new orders
• Study the project scope of works, clients' requirement, BOQ, project milestones, and specification from the supplied bid documents.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineer for the Construction Schedule and Resource
• Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO on matters related to CEO’s programmatic initiatives and reporting directly to the CEO
• Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings, and all staff meetings
