ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Daily translation and coordination with Thai engineers and Chinese engineers on internal and external construction
-Participate in the construction progress meeting and translate the communication between the Chinese engineer and the owner and construction, participate in the company's internal or subcontractor meeting, translate and record the meeting minutes
-Document management: related documents of this project (appliance materials submitted for review, construction plan, contact letter, inspection report of entry equipment and materials, construction drawings, others, etc.)
-Administrative affairs management: daily office affairs management, office supplies management, file management, site petty cash reimbursement, employee commuting/leave/duty records
-Procurement assistance: consultants inquire about new stores or contractors, open purchase requisitions, requisitions, coordinate equipment and materials entering the site, translate and coordinate Thai procurement and Chinese engineers
-Apply for the WHA industrial zone permit, connect the rainwater system, sewage system, and water supply system between the factory and the industrial zone
-Assistance from the Ministry of Manpower: Coordinating the work permit for Chinese engineers, 90-day report, registered address, re-entry permit, etc.
-Other tasks assigned by the project manager.
