- Experienced in sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
- Coordinated with suppliers and shipping agents for monitoring all relevant customs clearance process
- Handled price negotiations to secure advantageous terms.
- Managed the order forecast and calculates the expected order quantities in advance based on sales reports and economic order
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility and categorizing the customer complaints to international suppliers
- Calculating product costing, freight cost, shipping cost, import duty, and gross profit
- Conduct a report of import information to Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- Conduct License Per Invoice (LPI) of importing medical devices for the customs clearance process
- Arranged documents and registered the import license to several government agencies e.g. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) and Department of Livestock Development (DLD)
