- Responsible for gathering business requirement or user change request from
business Units
- Coordinated with working team (vendor and IT internal team) to understand
business requirement, configuration and develop an effective management
information system according to the needsfrom business and project.
- Analyzing the business needs , design, discussion, advisory solution with relevant
team to provide impact assessment of True’s billing & Customer Care system to
business Units.
- Configure of True’s Price plan , tariff and billing System and in helping application

- Checking Expected results and bill presentment for Tariff Price plan by products.
- Checking Data that configuration on systems before implementation on production.
- Investigate and fix production problem to support case defect and trouble ticket for
each product and fixed the problem within the specified period.
- Prepare billing report of TOT number concessions to support and send back to TOT
billing system
- Encourage existing team members to improve their teamwork.
- Create new projects to improve work processes between relavant team such as Offer
Inventory system, Automate TOL , Customer Happiness Bill QA New Offer
- Creation Implementation Plan and activity checklist.
- To provide professional and responsive support to End user
- Project and resource management
