1.Set up Line Injection Mold Plastic , Line Assembly , And Design position area for put New Injection Machine All follow balance process( NEW FACTORY )
2.Make All document for support ISO-9001.ISO-14001.
3.Deploy&ensure the operation compliance with company's strategic & policy under the KPIs / Performance base system.
4.Establishes the team based work culture and the effectiveness of cooperator and collaboration needed to staff and maintain the performance levels.
5.Control and analyze the production data on daily basis in order to follow the performance and prevent reporting mistakes.
6.Proposes and implements the related action plans in order to improve the plant performance.
7.Take the response for production activities to ensure the cost , quality,Productivity and output performance.
8.Manage the component machining to assure required quality and productivity level and to meet production schedules,cost and quality target and manage supplier is in respect to schedule and delivery.
9.Develop,analyze,implement and maintain budgets for all costs for manufacturing operations.Assist in driving the necessary costs for energy, material/procurement,,and growth activities for improvement.
10.Analyze customer claim and take action in order to prevent their recurrence.
11.Propose and implement action plans in order to improve product quality.
12.Participate to transfer the new production line or equipment and push on process for successful.
13.Establish the manpower plans for all manufacturing operations balancing productivity and manpower capacity to determine optional manpower requirements.
14.Set of guidelines / plans (Master Plan) of the parties in accordance with the strategy and policies of the factory.
15.Involved in the targeting and implementation of the policy.
16.Management consulting and supervisory practices in the following areas according to the defined plan of action.
17.Plan capacity. According to estimates (Forecast) received from the marketing department.
18.Make recommendations to the planning department and the production department can manage them effectively.
19.Analyze and Make report on daily output operational issues Manager (Japanese).
