ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-check inventory or stock available and making reservation.
-advise clients of available products,production lead time and/or import lead time.
-making a quotation.
-provide invoices/delivery note.
-up selling product.
-process sales order coordinate with store team and deliver team.
-Ensure all clients complaint are handled and solved promptly.
-Responsible for regular feedbacks to operations team to help improve services and brand experience to customers.
