ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Invent, develop and improve product of company.
-Manage database’s customer in part of the opening of the company's product coverage with the insurance company and record the data in the CRM system and Google Sheet.
-Track and check the accuracy of database which internal staff record in the system.
-Prepare and submit DATA Report by daily/weekly/monthly.
-Separate database in the claim section between Extended Warranty product and Emergency Roadside Assistance Service.
-Record and run product card number code in the system as informed by other departments.
-Record data of customer’s purchase for check the remaining amount of the product purchased by the customer.
-Prepare and improve form report into simple report with accuracy for convenience and speed in recording database.
-Check billing information and negotiate with customer. Also prepare documents to approve the disbursement of insurance premium and pay back insurance premium to customers in case of policy cancellation to the accounting department.
-Control budget of expense for postage costs by daily/weekly/monthly.
-Prepare insurance policy documents and delivery to customer.
-Check data and record insurance policy documents group of insurance company.
-Summary data about policy cancellation of Extended Warranty product and void insurance policy with insurance company.
-Analyze and evaluate the details of each product claim expense for adjust cost of products.
-Analyze database of each customer's product claim for limit the amount of claim to be as target.
-Analyze and evaluate the risk of claim for each car brand/model/year of manufacture compare with database of the opening coverage.
-Coordinate with insurance company in term of management of claims part and consulting with partners on the company's products.
-Follow up result of checking condition of the car by the mechanic team and check data about Inspection Report.
-Control call center department in the product field and consulting to claim department in the detail of company’s products.
-Prepare summary report and adjust document about Operation Procedure, Booklet Product.
-Plan and supervise the work of employees by daily/weekly/monthly to be as target.
-Follow up and evaluate the work of employees within the department according to the SOP and sent to training for employees who do not follow orders.
-Report all problems in the work to the management.
