ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Head of Department
-Manage department. (Sport Activities, Fitness, Kids Club)
-accountable for ensuring all recreation staff is capable and
proficient in all their respective duties and day to day operational
activities to meet with the Club objectives and standards.
-To maintain close contact with guests, receiving feedback regarding
the operation of the Club
-To ensure that all facilities are operating efficiently to achieve the
highest possible revenues and profit.
-Co-ordinate with sales and marketing department about the
promotion and up-selling program.
-Provide optimum service through staff training, coaching, feedback
and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
-Monitor products and accessories used in the Club Amethyst to
ensure all budgets and achieved and adhered to.
-Prepare daily reports and monthly usage reports.
-Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, spa policies
and procedure including all health and sanitary regulations.
-Be responsible for ensuring and maintaining adequate supply of all
products and reordering when required.

-Communicates clearly and directly with manager and colleagues concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability within the team.
-Department working schedule.
-Assist Manager for management in department and operation.
