ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Procurement works
• Handle an Indirect Procurement job to support HR&Admin , Marketing , Legal, Technology , IT&IS in both of Head Office and Plants. And also support the general service job such as cleaning services , car/van rental services , gardening services, nurse and doctor services , etc.
• Request for quotation/proposal at least from 3 vendors.
• Price negotiation plan together with job owner and Department Manager.

Strategic planning
• Issue the report to the Procurement team and management such as PR Outstanding, PO Outstanding and PR to PO Report.
• Price list agreement (for support reorder goods/services)
• Cross-Functional Project to reach company Quick-Win Initiative Program.

Team and Project Management
• Call the group meeting 2 times a week to drive Team's KPI to reach the target.
• Project management to support any Procurement process and also bidding committee team leader for any required project.

Supplier Relationship Management
• Supplier site visit and yearly or halr year evaluation (2ways communication)
then update in an internal database called Approved vendor list.


Administration works
• e-Filing (all of purchasing documents which is under responsibility for support internal and external audit).
• PR issuing , GR and Reverse GR in SAP
• Bidding organizer.
• Contract management (work together with Legal team , Area Owner and external supplier).

• Conducting market and competitor review and research.
• Forecasting trends and determining customer problems and potential ways to solve them.
• Identify new market opportunities, define a roadmap to obtaining new customers.

• Overseas sourcing (Including of send the RFQ, price comparison, price negotiaton)
