-NPI Project Management (Injection,Coating,Stamping,Assembly)
-Co-operate with related department for product development
-Kaizen Leader for developing process and reduce area
• Support customer requirements technical data and document (SOP.)

• Create document control production run and design process flow
• Design fixture and tool fix problem and improve process for decrease tag time
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes that enable manufacturing to meet.
• Design and setup plant layout, which appropriate for all of process.
• Respond to process problems that are not solved by production operators through standard troubleshooting procedures. Identify root cause to drive preventive actions and process continuous improvement plans.
• Provide technical support on material, component engineering & other technical issues to support mass production.
• Provide technical support to product design & manufacturing.
• Prepare and training operator to follow operating instruction.
• Provide support on tooling, jig and fixtures for each process.
• Create, issue, and evaluate the production process to support productivity improvement.
• Collections and analyzes data required for equipment, product qualifications and process transfers. Makes recommendations on equipment requirements, specifications and selection. Serves as program admin on process related capital projects.
• To lead and monitor a team of maintenance tooling and equipment for projects work
