ERP Application Support:
- Serve as a specialist to provide relevant and effective consulting services to HR Solutions Operations team or businesses for Thailand
- Use full HR Technology knowledge to guide/review/perform HR Services/Operations projects
- Enforce technologies to support delivery of services
- Provide technology supports to get data report from HR system such as employee data, time and attendance, leave or any report to serve HR Solution Operation team or businesses
- Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees
- Under general supervision, provide consult to HR and business managers and supervisors within Thailand regarding the HR technology and systems
- Using Thailand, full HR Technology knowledge, and client intelligence, provide thought leadership in recommending technology solutions that build on business and functional strategic drivers for Thailand
- Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure the execution and delivery of operational HR services

 Network Administrator: Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance. Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
 System Administrator: Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary. Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary. Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
 IT Support: Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. Testing and evaluating new technology.
 IT Security: Finding the best way to secure the IT infrastructure of an organization. Building access list into network infrastructures. Maintaining physical security system, finger scan access control and CCTV system. Support and maintenance of the Information Security Management System based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
