- Deal directly with the diver and rider either by telephone or email.
- Handle and resolve driver and rider complaints. Block and unblock partner
accounts, approve a document, and driver’s car.
- Handle case as a safety agent, when the driver or the rider faces an accident or
harassment while driving.
