1.receive to order from merchandise. How many each month. To plan production for each department is
cutting sewing packing
2.Follow up the work as planned and update the information in each department. That fabrice and accessories in house complete
3. Follow up of the markers department of every style that is planned for that month. In order to cut it.
4.Follow up the cutting department every day that each day. How does the cut style work? To know if the planned work is in line with the production plan. It allows us to quickly resolve the situation so that each
department has problems with bottlenecks and waiting for jobs.
5.Prepare a production plan for the sewing department and set production goals for each hour. Each day line balance preparation equipment to help sewing for the method of sewing in the need to have attachments or
envelopes.
6.Follow up of every day production goals that meet the goal or not, if not for what we need to quickly fix it.
Because garment work is a must.
7.Produce all production reports for the production meeting with the boss or if the customer asks about the
status of the job to be completed by the deadline or not. If we follow closely and take notes, we can answer
every department.
