follow up payments; negotiating rates with customers;
processing the contract with Travel Agent and Corporate; and handling allotment and manage job daily routine of reservation agent task, monitor and manage inventory (balance room type), assign job to the team member, relocation guest, coordinate with travel agent and other department, resolve all guest issues (pre-arrival), making decision under my authorize and giving advice to team member, making log-book and share information to the team, Join the meeting and training, support manager such as doing report, listen team’s opinion and works closely with the team.
