1.Assess and anticipate human resource -related needs
2.Write contracts for promotions, Transfers and new hires in collaboration with department management
3.Identify training need and create or procure professional development curriculum, Set the orientation new personel program on every branch in thailand.
4.Monitor recruitment process and Recruitment Planning to drive organization man power.
5.Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
6.Provide input on workforce and succession planing as well as plans business unit restructuring.
7.Develop and nurture partnerships through human resource to bridge the divide between management and employees
8.Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, Financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview
9.Conduct weekly meetings to check in with each business units.
10.Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate
11.Collaborate with colleagues in the human resource department to develop policies, programs and solutions
12.Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions
13.Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, Conduct thorought and objective investigation when necessary.
14.Finding to ways of the build morale, improve workplace relationship and boost productivity and retention
15.Adjust Time Attendance and Calculate of Pay-Roll report to main Pay-Roll department
16.Probide ER, Happy workplace and Safety zone in the organization risk zone.
17.Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees, Collaborate with the legal department when necessary.
18.Interpret human resource policy to company management.
19.Control Man Power and action in exits interview for holding input-output of the man power.
