ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Project Lazada Bulky
• Solve problems such as staff picking goods that do not match the documents. - Pack
• Supervise/manage team to pack the products correctly according to the customer’s requirements
• Supervise/manage team to fit the order quantity according to the pack station provided
• Supervise/manage about document confirmation with 3PL team
• Support 3PL in preparing the area placing enough products per order o Liaise with customers when facing any problems
• Prepare a summary report of work to the customers
Project Lazada Cross dock
• Supervise/manage team members for goods receiving operation also solving problems upon goods receiving.
• Control the receipt of goods according to the requirements such as damage of packaging and wet products
• Liaise with 3PL and the transport team when there is a problem regarding product distribution
• Control and fix the system when there is a problem in handover products - Fail delivery Inbound , Return Inbound
• Send email Fail booking to control tower team to make a plan to return products to seller and customer
• Fail delivery Outbound , Return Outbound Control the team to deliver the correct product according to the vehicle registration to pick up each product.
• Prepare daily summary report sent to customers, Team.
