• Led and manage shift operation team to deliver result to achieve PQCDSM results.
• Executed Preventive Maintenance activity to maintain the machine in the good condition.
• Executed AM activity to meet CIL standard as per the machine requirement.

2009: Startup New Line Relocate From Australia.
• Lead IQ/OQ development and execution for Hair color filling and packing line startup.
• Setup CQV/startup plans for new line startup.
• Led and manage new production line to deliver result to achieve PQCDSM result.
• Led Technical and Operational Training for new operator.

2007-2008: Bottle Line PM Planner.

• Lead Bottle line plan maintenance to provide spare part and release PM plan in SAP as per PM schedule to synchronize with line shutdown.
• Manage Plan Maintenance and update the job complete in SAP system.
• Manage shut down plan to execute If Down Do system.
• Lead and maintain DMS for Lubrication System as Bangkok site wide owner.

2005: New Initiative Product.
• Led CQV/start up plans for the new product.
• Led and manage new product lunch to the market on-time.

1999: Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Shrink Bundle Machine In Germany.

• Led mechanical and performance FAT for Shrink Bundle Wrapper machine at Peter Germany.
• Led Technical and Operational Training for Shrink bundle machine.
• Led Installation/IQ/OQ for Shrink bundle machine.
• Led CQV and startup of Shrink bundle machine to deliver result to achieve PQCDSM result.

1997-2006: Technician Liquid Department, At Skincare, Bangkok, Thailand
• Bottle filling line operator to lead and executed on the following Day to Day activity.
o Executed Preventive maintenance
o Executed defect found fix to machine well maintain.
o Executed CTL activity as a part of AM program.
o Lead machine trouble shooting to make machine run well to meet the daily production target.
