- Investigate database, system error and analysis on production problems base on AS400 application.
- Coordinate and support related team for any problem or request.
- Coordinate and follow up issue with vendor and in house application team for resolve incident for both interim and permanence solution.
- Review impact and implement new AS400 application and preparing for support.
- Analyze the problem and Coordinate with related team for improvement.
- Monitor and support ASAP on End of day, End of month and Batch process.
- Monitor and control interactive and batch job on process.
- Supervising technical consultants to team.
- Perform other task as assigned by manager.
